Camil Soins Capillaires Inc. operates his own website www.camil.com. The use of the site is governed by the policies appearing below. These policies can be modified at any time by Camil Soins Capillaires Inc. It should be noted that the policies apply at the time of the purchase. You can obtain explanations on our policies by contacting us by e-mail at info@camil.com .

GOOD COMMERCIAL PRACTICES

1.0 Methods of payment

We accept payment by check.

2.0 Conditions of sale

2.1 Camil Soins Capillaires Inc. reserves the rights to limit quantities.

2.2 All prices are in Canadian dollars.

2.3 Transport, delivery and applicable sales taxes are additional. These expenses appear on the invoice appearing on the screen before you accept the order.

2.4 The applicable taxes are as follows:

  • Delivery in Québec: 7% (GST) + 9,975% (PST)
  • Delivery elsewhere in Canada: 7% (GST)
  • Delivery outside Canada: 0%
  • 2.5 For every product delivered outside Canada, customs and export duties are at your own expense.

    2.6 The orders placed via the site www.camil.com will be invoiced according to the price mentioned beside the name and image of the desired product in the right-hand side column, in the "Camil's shop" section. Camil Soins Capillaires Inc. reserves the right to modify the prices of its products. It should be noted that the price invoiced for each product is the one indicated on the site at the time of the transaction.

    3.0 Product delivery

    3.1 By Canada Post, Camil Soins Capillaires Inc. will deliver the products which you ordered to the delivery address that you transmitted at the time of your order.

    3.2 The delivery will be carried out as soon as possible after the acceptance of your order. The expected delivery period is indicated on your order page. It is established according to the number of working days required for the delivery under normal conditions, although it can not be garanteed. It will take perhaps more time to deliver the orders in faraway cities. Usually orders placed before 6:00pm, Eastern Time, are sent within two working days after their reception.

    3.3 If for an unspecified reason, we cannot get your order to the post office within the time limits, we will warn you about it as soon as possible and we will offer you the possibility of cancelling your order.

    3.4 The delivery of the products is subject to the rules of delivery of Canada Post. If you are absent when Canada Post delivers the products to you, it will be your responsibility to recover the products according to rules of Canada Post. If your order is damaged in the mail, advise Canada Post immediately, because all our parcels are insured. Communicate with us, so we will replace it as soon as possible.

  • 4.0 Exchange, refund or cancellation

    4.1 No exchange or refund is possible.

    5.0 Complaints settlement

    8.2 Camil Soins Capillaires Inc. does not communicate any information concerning its customers or any third party users.

    8.3 The site Camil Soins Capillaires Inc. links to internet sites not accredited by the SAC (Consumer Aid Services). When clicking on these links, you leave the site www.camil.com. Camil Soins Capillaires Inc. does not exert any control over these Internet sites and the fact that they reached through www.camil.com does not aplied in any way the responsibility of Camil Soins Capillaires Inc. All personal information which you transmit by the means of these sites will be subject to the policy of these sites.

    7.0 Consent of the consumer

    The personal information that we collect on you is with your consent. When you place an order you automatically give us your consent.

    8.0 Preservation of the information

    We preserve the electronic files and the paper documents in a secure place where only the persons in charge of the service to the customers have access.

    9.0 Destruction of the information

    We destroy the personal information when is not necessary anymore for us. The information contained on paper is shredded and the information contained on disks is erased.
